After several negotiations, first in Belgium and then by email, WKB reached an agreement with different organizations and joined the global movement WORLD FULLCONTACT KARATE ORGANIZATION.
At WKB we think about working together under the same rules.
These agreements are good for contact karate in general and for WKB in particular. All our members will have the opportunity to participate in WFKO events in their countries and continents. Thank you to all WFKO organizations for their work and efforts in this union.
Also noteworthy was the third-place finish at the WFKO World Championships in Tokyo for WKB Poland competitor Szymon Olpiński. He had some great fights, including the semifinal, where he was far superior, but he couldn’t reach the final.
