The 1st World Kyokushin Budokai referees seminar in Iran was held on 13th December 2018 in Tehran. More than 40 referees, mostly females, participated in this event under Shihan Vadood Mojarad tuition. All rules and regulations were explained theoretically with demonstration, followed by a final practical test for all contributors.
